About Us

Unity Public School And College is located in A-Block Kareli, Allahabad .It is Co -Educational English Medium institution upto Vth affiliated to Council for Indian  School Certificate Examination Board New delhi.

Established in October 1993 as a primary school in Kareli campus with 7 students and three teachers. After two year school was shifted in Abbas Villa Kareli with the strength of 200 students. In 1995 land was allotted by the U.P Govt for the school and we constructed five rooms in 1997 and shifted to main campus at A- Block Kareli. The school was grown rapidly with span of time to its present size and position acquiring  the status of I.C.S.E. the present strength of the institution is about   1800 students .

We got provisional affiliation of ICSE in 2005 and Indian School Certificate (ISC) in 2008. We got permanent affiliation in 2008

Unity Public School & College administered by the Imamia Educational Society.

The Committee of Management of the school is constituted as per the guidelines of ICSE for the minority Educational Institutions. with the head Dr Syed Rizwan Haider Rizvi As a Manager and with the assistance of Zeeshan Rizvi along with the community representatives teachers, present and experienced educationists .The Principal and the teachers are well qualified and carefully selected to promote academic and other related educational activities .

The School Curriculum and system of evaluation based on ICSE board pattern .In addition moral education daily prayer and assembly etc. form an integral post of educational programmes for inculcating moral values and interest in religion in students .We have compulsory subjects as Urdu & Deenyat (Shia & Sunni) upto class IX. Games & extra curricular activities and large playfield provide enough opportunities to students for utilizing their energy constructively towards their physical growth.

Unity Public School is an English medium institution and hence all the efforts are made to import teaching and learning through the medium of English Language. Study of Hindi, Urdu, Deeniyat, Sanskrit occupier an important place in school curriculum.

Parents whose children are studding in the school are expected to support and co-operate with the school authorities in all matters in their effort to elevate it to one of the finest educational institution o Allahabad.

There will be eight period of studies each of 35 minutes duration form Monday to Saturday with students. 15 minutes recess and 15 minutes morning assembly. Students are required to be present in the morning assembly. Students reporting late will be punished.

Extra curricula activities are important part of educational process for the healthy growth of non-cognitive abilities, physical development and social behavior of a child and therefore participate in games and sports, elocution, debates, time to time.

In order to promote a healthy spirit of competition, students have been grouped into four houses, RED- BLUE- GREEN and YELLOW. Each student will be the member of any one of the four houses.

EXAMINATION

We have there term in a session and it is compulsory for every student to appear in the compulsory for every student to appear in the term exam in order to be considered for promotion to the next class. in order to pass a student must earn 33% marks in each subjects. A student (Nur – VIII) who gets minimum 40% marks in any subject and overall aggregate of 50% may be considered for the promotion to the next higher class. Class IX onwards student will be promoted provided they earn 33% marks separately in all the subjects.

No. Student with below 75% attendance in the class will be allowed to take the examination.

ACHIEVEMENTS

We are giving 100% result in ICSE and ISC in both the stream. 40% students are above 90% marks. No student has failed in these exams up till now.
